International A–Z Call Termination, Built for Serious Outbound

DIDHub terminates international voice traffic over direct interconnects with some of the world's largest carriers and licensed in-country operators. Quality-weighted LCR picks the best route per destination, an AI system watches every route's health around the clock, and the KPIs we manage to (ASR, ACD, NER, PDD) are shared with you in your Analytics reports, not hidden behind a NOC. Built for outbound call centers, BPOs, dialer platforms, and ITSPs.

1. What A–Z termination is

Call termination is the wholesale service of completing a call's final leg: taking your outbound SIP traffic and delivering it onto the destination network where the phone actually rings. A–Z termination means we do this for every dialable destination on earth: the rate deck literally runs from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe, with per-breakout pricing (fixed, mobile, special services) for each.

You connect once, over a single SIP trunk (IP-authenticated or registered), and send traffic to any destination. Our routing layer does the rest: picks the route, enforces caller-ID integrity, meters quality in real time, and bills per the deck. No per-country contracts, no capacity negotiations for normal volumes, no surprises in the invoice.

2. Who routes traffic through DIDHub

Outbound call centers & BPOs

Hundreds of agents, predictive dialers, campaigns across multiple destination countries. They need stable ASR at volume, honest CLI delivery for answer rates, and increments that don't punish short calls.

Dialer & CCaaS platforms

Software platforms reselling minutes inside their product. They need API-driven provisioning, per-customer rate decks, and routes that don't embarrass them in front of their own customers.

ITSPs & resellers

Operators aggregating retail traffic who want a quality-managed wholesale partner instead of juggling ten carrier relationships and a softswitch full of failover rules.

AI voice platforms

Voice agents placing outbound calls at scale (Vapi, Retell, LiveKit and the rest). Low PDD matters double when there's an LLM waiting for the answer. See AI voice integrations.

3. The network behind the routes

Routes are only as good as the interconnects underneath them. DIDHub is interconnected with some of the world's largest carriers (the tier-1 wholesale backbones that carry most international voice) and, where it matters, directly with licensed in-country operators. The result is a portfolio per destination: for any given country we hold multiple routes of different grades, and the LCR engine chooses among them on live quality data, not just price.

  • Direct routes into licensed terminating carriers where CLI integrity and stability are critical; see how direct routes work.
  • Tier-1 wholesale interconnects for breadth, capacity, and failover.
  • Regional SIP/TDM gateways across our 12 PoPs (Washington DC, San Jose, Miami, Frankfurt, London, Dubai, Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Sydney, Johannesburg, São Paulo) so your media takes the short path.

We do not buy grey routes, SIM-box terminations, or unlicensed bypass. They poison ASR, destroy CLI, and get ranges blocked, which is exactly what an outbound operation can't afford. More on route grades.

5. Quality, observability, and shared KPIs

Most wholesale carriers treat route quality as an internal secret. We treat it as a shared dashboard. An AI route-management system continuously scores every route on live traffic (ASR, NER, ACD, PDD, CLI delivery, FAS signatures) and shifts traffic automatically when a route degrades, before your campaign feels it. The same metrics appear in your customer Analytics reports: per-destination KPIs, trends, and export-ready data.

6. How to start

Tell us your traffic profile

Destinations, expected monthly minutes, CLI requirements, dialer vs conversational mix. Talk to sales; route plan and rate deck within one business day.

Connect your switch or dialer

One SIP trunk: IP-ACL or digest authentication, TLS optional, any standard softswitch, dialer, or PBX. The same trunk can carry your DID inbound.

Send test traffic

We baseline your destinations together: verify CLI delivery, measure PDD and ASR against the deck, then ramp.

Watch the same numbers we do

Your Analytics dashboard shows the KPIs per destination. If something drifts, the AI usually rerouted before you noticed; the report shows that too.

Send us your traffic profile

Destinations, monthly minutes, CLI requirements. We'll return a route plan and rate deck within one business day.

FAQ

What is international A-Z termination?

A-Z termination is wholesale call completion to every dialable destination, priced per destination breakout on a single rate deck that runs alphabetically from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe. You send all outbound traffic to one provider over one SIP trunk and the provider routes each call onto the destination network.

Can you handle dialer and call-center traffic?

Yes: predictive-dialer and high-CPS campaign traffic is a primary use case. Tell sales your expected CPS, concurrency, and destination mix; we provision capacity and pick route tiers accordingly, and the billing increments are published per deck so short-duration economics are transparent.

Do you guarantee caller ID delivery?

On Direct and Premium CLI tiers, yes: CLI delivery is contractual and we verify it continuously with probe calls. On nCLI routes caller ID is substituted or absent by design, which is why they cost less.

How do I get a rate deck (A-Z price list)?

Contact sales with your traffic profile and we'll return the deck: CSV, per-destination breakouts, increments and any minimums stated per line. Indicative retail-side rates are public on the calling rates page.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Pay-as-you-go from a prepaid balance, no contracts, no monthly minimums. Volume pricing is available when your traffic justifies it.

What protocols and codecs do you support for termination?

Standard SIP over UDP, TCP, or TLS with G.711a/u, G.722, Opus, and G.729 on request. IP-ACL or digest authentication. Any softswitch, dialer, or PBX that speaks SIP works.
