Pricing should be visible
Per-DID and per-minute rates are published. No surprise overages, no ramp-up minimums, no "contact us for pricing" on numbers under 1,000 lines.
DIDHub is a wholesale-grade phone-number platform for businesses that need real numbers in real countries — delivered as a modern API, billed predictably, and supported by humans who understand telecom.
We provide local landline, mobile, and toll-free phone numbers across 130+ countries — with two-way voice, SMS where supported, and direct integration into Microsoft Teams, Zoom Phone, 3CX, FreePBX, Asterisk, AI voice agents, and any standard SIP endpoint. Customers use DIDHub to consolidate dozens of country-specific carrier contracts into a single relationship: one bill, one API, one support team.
Behind the dashboard is a multi-region voice plane with redundant SBCs, multiple carrier paths per country, and operations engineers on call 24×7. The result is enterprise-grade telephony available to teams of any size — without the long carrier-procurement cycles and per-country lawyers that used to be the price of entry.
The founding team has spent two decades building and operating telecom infrastructure — wholesale carriers, SIP trunking platforms, contact-center software, and white-label CPaaS. Across every project, the same pattern: getting a single number in a single country was a multi-week process involving incumbent telcos, regulators, paper LOAs, and routing nightmares. The tooling was archaic, the pricing opaque, the support indifferent.
DIDHub started as the internal numbering platform that let our team move faster than that. After enough customers asked "can I just use what you use?", we built the dashboard, opened the API, and made it a product. The mission is unchanged: make it boring and obvious to get a phone number in any country, and have it actually work.
Per-DID and per-minute rates are published. No surprise overages, no ramp-up minimums, no "contact us for pricing" on numbers under 1,000 lines.
Multi-region SBCs, redundant carrier paths, STIR/SHAKEN-A on US/CA, and 99.99% target voice availability — even on the entry plan.
Anything you can do in the dashboard, you can do via REST. SDKs in Node, Python, Go, PHP, Ruby, Java. Webhooks for everything. Provisioning is a single API call.
If a country is in our list, you can get a number that actually rings. We disclose openly when coverage requires KYC, when porting is restricted, and when a market is contact-for-quote.
SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR-ready DPA, HIPAA BAA, regulator registrations per country. The hard work of telecom compliance is done before you sign up.
Tickets are answered by people who have set up SBCs at 2 AM. No tier-1 chatbot loops, no "can you turn it off and on again."
DIDHub powers numbering for software companies, contact centers, AI voice-agent vendors, MSPs, telecom resellers, and large enterprises consolidating their global voice estate. Customers range from SaaS teams provisioning a single Teams DR number, to AI voice platforms running thousands of concurrent calls, to multinationals porting their entire global DID inventory in.
We’re carrier-agnostic and will integrate into whatever you already run — Teams, Zoom, 3CX, FreePBX, custom SIP, OpenAI Realtime, Twilio replacement. If you can speak SIP, we can deliver to it.
DIDHub is a globally distributed company with operations across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East. Our voice plane runs from data-center regions in NOAM (US-East, US-West), EU (Frankfurt, Amsterdam), APAC (Singapore, Tokyo), and MENA (Dubai), with single-tenant deployments available for customers requiring dedicated infrastructure.
The legal entity contracted on customer agreements is DIDHub Inc., with billing entities in the United States and the European Union depending on the customer’s region. Specific entity, registration, and tax details appear on every invoice.

We’re a small senior team and we hire selectively. Engineers and operators here have built carriers, run NOCs, shipped products, and operated at scale before. If you’ve done telecom infrastructure in production and want to do it again somewhere with less ceremony, write to [email protected].
