SIP trunk & DIDs for Yealink Cloud

Buy DID numbers for Yealink Cloud — SIP trunk setup with DIDHub

DIDHub provides DIDs and SIP trunks for Yealink phones, Yealink Cloud / YMCS deployments, and Yealink-managed UC environments. Yealink phones register cleanly to DIDHub via SIP, with TLS + SRTP for secure registration and call media. Provisioning via Yealink RPS or local config.

Why DIDHub for Yealink Cloud

  • Native Yealink SIP profile. Yealink T-series, T4-series, T5-series desk phones, and W-series cordless all register to DIDHub using standard SIP. No Yealink-specific config trick required.
  • TLS + SRTP support. Yealink supports SIP-over-TLS and SRTP. DIDHub's edge supports both. Encrypted-by-default deployments are straightforward.
  • Per-DID flat pricing. Each Yealink user gets their own DID at $1.99 (US) flat — no per-seat carrier surcharge.
  • Yealink RPS auto-provisioning compatibility. Yealink's Redirection & Provisioning Service (RPS) provisions phones with config URLs; the SIP credentials inside that config can point at DIDHub seamlessly.
  • Works with Yealink-Microsoft Teams certified models. Yealink Teams-certified models can register to Microsoft Teams via DIDHub's Teams Direct Routing path. Same DIDHub trunk serves both Yealink-direct and Yealink-on-Teams users.

SIP trunk setup — step by step

  1. Sign up at /signup and provision DIDs.
  2. Generate DIDHub SIP credentials per Yealink phone (or per-user / per-extension if using a PBX in front).
  3. Configure each Yealink phone's Account 1: SIP server sip.didhub.io, transport TLS (port 5061), SRTP enabled, credentials from DIDHub.
  4. If using Yealink RPS, embed DIDHub credentials in the per-MAC config templates pushed via RPS.
  5. Test registration; place inbound + outbound calls; verify SRTP encryption with packet capture if needed.
  6. For shared-line / call-park / BLF features, use a PBX (FreePBX, 3CX, FusionPBX, Grandstream UCM) in front of DIDHub instead of registering Yealink directly to DIDHub.

FAQ

Can Yealink phones register directly to DIDHub without a PBX?

Yes — for simple deployments (1-50 users), Yealink phones can register to DIDHub directly. For shared lines, hunt groups, IVR, and other PBX features, put a PBX (FreePBX / 3CX / Grandstream UCM) in front.

Does DIDHub work with Yealink Meeting / Yealink Cloud?

Yealink Meeting is video-conferencing (not telephony); DIDHub doesn't apply. Yealink Cloud (YMCS) is device management; the SIP credentials in the Yealink Cloud-pushed config can target DIDHub.

What's the recommended Yealink-to-DIDHub transport?

TLS (port 5061) for SIP signaling and SRTP for media. Avoid plain UDP / RTP for production.

Yealink Teams-certified phones — do those work with DIDHub Direct Routing?

Yes. Yealink Teams-mode phones register to Microsoft Teams; Teams Direct Routing routes their PSTN calls through DIDHub's managed Teams SBC. See /teams-direct-routing.
