Setup steps

  1. Sign up at /signup and provision the DID(s) you want to attach to VoIPstudio.
  2. In the DIDHub dashboard, generate SIP trunk credentials, or configure an IP-ACL trunk if your VoIPstudio account routes from fixed IPs.
  3. In VoIPstudio: open the SIP trunk / BYOC settings under your account’s admin area and add a new trunk pointing at sip.didhub.io with the DIDHub credentials.
  4. Add the DIDs to your VoIPstudio number inventory and route each to the destination extension, IVR entry, or queue.
  5. For outbound: route VoIPstudio outbound through the DIDHub trunk; set Caller-ID to the DIDHub DID assigned to the user or tenant.
  6. Test inbound and outbound; verify STIR/SHAKEN attestation on US/CA calls and audio quality end to end.
