DIDHub + PBX.IM — phone numbers for hosted PBX
PBX.IM is a hosted PBX platform — multi-tenant call control, IVR, hunt groups, voicemail, queues, recording — that runs on the same group of operators as DIDHub. Provision a DIDHub DID, route it to your PBX.IM tenant, and PBX.IM handles the PBX layer on top.

Setup steps
- Sign up at /signup and provision the DID(s) you want to attach to PBX.IM tenants.
- In the DIDHub dashboard, set the inbound route for each DID to your PBX.IM tenant's SIP URI (or the trunk credentials if PBX.IM operates an inbound trunk for your tenant).
- In PBX.IM, configure the inbound route to land on the right extension / IVR / queue.
- For outbound: PBX.IM extensions place calls through the DIDHub trunk; Caller-ID is the DIDHub DID assigned to the user/tenant.
- Test inbound + outbound; validate STIR/SHAKEN attestation and audio quality.
